• Register as a homeowner or renter to receive direct communication on RFCA events, announcements, security updates, and access to our private section. From any River Forest Civic Association website page, click on the blue person icon in the upper right to sign up. You will receive a confirmation email after approval.

• Trash pickup on Wednesday and Saturday (back door service).

​​

• Recycling on Wednesday (curbside).
   

• To request garbage and/or recycling bin, contact Texas Pride online at:

• Security provided by Harris County Precinct 5 Constable (281) 463-6666.

​​

• Security updates provided by RFCA Security Coordinator Dick Swan.

  • Application for HOA design and modification approval.

• RFCA Home Owners meet annually in the spring to discuss upcoming events, conduct neighborhood business and elect officers.

• A meeting announcement will be e-mailed out approximately 30 days prior to the date.
